  • Big Selection: We carry over 500 different products to meet all your event needs.

  • Huge Assortments, Low Minimums: We carry over 600 ribbon titles IN-STOCK so they are ready to ship for you same day for your event with NO set-up charges! Plus, you can order as few as 1 in-stock ribbons for no additional fee! ($13 charge applied for Custom Ribbon lots under 100 ribbons).

  • Ultimate Convenience: Our Namebadges to Go™ service does the work for you! Nametags arrive fully printed, assembled, sorted and organized in our OneWay™ cases. Just lift the lid and smile!

  • Bigger Volume Means Better Pricing for You: As the world's largest meeting supply company, our volume buying power means we're able to offer you the lowest prices.

  • Price Match Guaranteed: If you ever find a lower price on a comparable product, we'll gladly match the competitor's pricing so you get the savings AND the PCN service we're famous for.

Payment is Easy:

  • Charge it: We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards.

  • We Can Bill Your Organization: To set up an account, simply complete the online Credit Application. Once received, we'll contact you within 2 hours to verify billing and shipping information. To get started, download our credit application here.

  • GST and Broker Fees: 5% GST is added along with any applicable fees. The broker's fee is included in the pricing given by your Account Manager and online for both ground and expedited ship methods. Please note: You will be charged a duty on all products not made in the Americas.

  • All payments must be made in USD. Invoices will be emailed to you directly.

Fast, Affordable Shipping:

  • Same-day Shipping is our Standard: All in-stock orders placed before 5 p.m. CT ship the same day from our Wisconsin warehouse! If an item you order is on backorder, you will be contacted by an Account Manager the same day you place your order.

  • We Ship All Orders FedEx: And prices include the brokerage fee.

  • FedEx Shipping Choices: You can choose FedEx Ground (delivered in 2-7 days), International Priority (delivered next day by 10:30 a.m.), or International Economy (deliveredby 4:30 p.m. the 2nd business day). Insome, but not all municipalities, FedEx First Overnight and Saturday delivery are available as well.

  • Save with FedEx Economy: we have a specially-negotiated, lower rate for FedEx Economy shipping. In some cases, International Economy is cheaper than ground. Call or look online today to review your shipping options.

  • Single Processing Fee: We charge a $3.00 processing and handling fee per order.

  • Online Shipping Assistant: When you order online, the cost to ship your order by all available service methods will be displayed when you checkout to assist you in selecting the most appropriate ship method.

  • POBs and APOs: We cannot ship to PO Boxes. We can ship to military APOs.

Tracking Information:

  • We'll send you the tracking number via email as soon as FedEx picks up your package. You can quickly and easily track your packages. Problems? We're here to help at 1-877-626-3824 from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. CT as well.
