Credit Policy

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and check.  If you use a credit card, the card will be charged when the order is placed. The credit card charge will include shipping.  Invoices will be mailed the day after the order is shipped.  First time customers must prepay their first order.

If you would like to make purchases on account, you need to print this credit application, complete it and fax it to 800-233-9787.  Our Accounting office will contact you within 4 working hours. If you have questions, you can email us at acctrec@pcnametag.com or call Accounting at 800-206-4804, ext 129 between 7:30am and 5:30pm CT.  All invoices are due in 15 days.  Shipping charges may be billed separately at the time of shipment.

Wisconsin Tax Exempt Organizations

If you are a tax-exempt organization in the state of Wisconsin, you will need to call 877-626-3824 between the hours of 7:00am and 6:00pm CT to place your order. We must have a copy of your Wisconsin Tax Exempt Certificate in order to make your account tax exempt.
