30-Day Money Back Guarantee: We are so confident in our products and services that we offer you this guarantee: We will give you your money back if you are not satisfied with any product returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Our #1 priority is getting you the best product. The right product. On time for your meeting. Manufacturers’ guarantees and warranties vary. But, if for any reason, you are not happy with your order, you can return unused merchandise within 30 days and receive a full refund (shipping not included). This guarantee may not apply to software, custom or imprinted items, unless it does not match the proof or sample. Returns are easy—just call, fax or email your request and an Account Manager will issue you an RMA number.

Production Time Policy
In-stock product orders received by 5:00pm CT Monday through Friday will ship from our Wisconsin warehouse the same day. Sample products now ship the following business day via USPS. If an item you order is on backorder, you will be contacted by an Account Manager the same day you place the order. Our Account Managers are available Monday through Friday 7:00am to 6:00pm CT. To get your question answered immediately call 877-626-3824 and ask for extension 134.
The production time for custom ribbons starts today if orders are received and approved by 9:00am CT. The production time for custom paper inserts starts today if orders are received and approved by 9:30am CT. The production time for all other custom products starts the day after the order is received and approved. Custom imprinted orders ship directly from the manufacturer. Rushes are available on most products. The fees on rushes vary depending on the product and the shipment date. Call for details 877-626-3824.
Shipping Policy
How is my order shipped? Our preferred shipping carrier is FedEx. You can use your own FedEx shipping number on orders. If you prefer to ship UPS, you must provide your own shipping number. You may choose FedEx Ground, 3-Day Select, 2-Day, Priority Overnight (by 10:30am) or Standard Overnight (by 4:30pm). In some, but not all municipalities, FedEx First Overnight (by 8:30am) is available. Saturday delivery, if available. All sample products ship the following business day via USPS. If you are unsure of the best choice for your order, ask an Account Manager. We cannot be responsible for delays in transit.
How much does it cost? We charge FedEx published rates plus a $3 processing and handling fee per order. If an order comes from more than one warehouse location, only one $3 processing and handling fee will be added. If you elect to ship your order via FedEx, the cost to ship your order by all available methods will be displayed when you checkout. You must select the desired method. Shipping costs will be added to your order at the time the order is placed.
What else should I know? We cannot ship to PO boxes. We can ship to military APOs. If First AM Service or Saturday delivery is available in the delivery zip code, they will appear as available ship methods in the checkout process.

Can I track my order once it is shipped? Yes, once the boxes have gone into the shipper’s package stream, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track the package on the shippers’ website.
What about shipping outside of the U.S.?
Canadian Customers: We ship all Canadian orders FedEx. Canadian customers are charged 5% GST and any applicable fees. The broker’s fee is included in both the ground and expedited methods. Canadian customers will be charged a duty on all products not made in the Americas. Call with questions.
All Other International Customers: We ship all international orders via FedEx. Customers in countries outside the U.S. and Canada are charged separately for all VAT, duties, shipping and brokerage fees. Next-day service to Puerto Rico is available but not guaranteed.

Return Policy
Returns are simple and hassle-free! Please call your Account Manager at 877-626-3824 to receive an RMA number so that your return can be processed in the most efficient manner.
Manufacturers’ guarantees and warranties vary, but your satisfaction is our greatest concern. You have 30 days to return merchandise for full credit, refund or replacement. This guarantee does not apply to software, custom or imprinted items. We do our best, by providing free email proofs to you and order approvals, to make sure your custom product will be exactly what you ordered. Because of catalog printing limitations, colors may vary from actual product. Please call for a free color swatch or sample of any product if color is critical.
We work hard at making sure we treat you courteously, fairly and honestly. If for any reason you are not given the attention you deserve, we want to know.
Payment Policy
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover(NEW) and check. If you use a credit card, the card will be charged when the order is placed. The credit card charge will include shipping. Invoices will be mailed the day after the order is shipped. All invoices are due in 15 days. First time customers must prepay their first order.
If you would like to make purchases on account, you need to print this credit application, complete it and fax it to 800-233-9787. Our Accounting office will contact you within 4 working hours. Shipping charges may be billed separately at the time of shipment.

Wisconsin Tax Exempt Organizations
If you are a tax-exempt organization in the state of Wisconsin, you will need to call 877-626-3824 between the hours of 7:00am and 6:00pm CT to place your order. We must have a copy of your Wisconsin Tax Exempt Certificate in order to make your account tax exempt.

Software
Software is provided as-is. No warranties apply, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. PC/NAMETAG, Inc. will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising in connection with the furnishing, performance or use of products. All defective software products will be replaced immediately. Defective hardware will be repaired or replaced within warranty periods at our discretion.
Free Sample Policy
PC/NAMETAG is pleased to provide complimentary samples of our products to customers and prospective customers so that you may evaluate quality of our products. We strive to maintain an open policy while keeping costs as low as possible. PC/NAMETAG reserves the right to question and/or decline sample requests, or request a credit card for shipping costs should the sample request exceed our cost guidelines. Samples ship the following business day via USPS. Please note, only one sample per product per order, and a total of no more than 10 samples per order.
Artwork Policy: Unacceptable Content
pc/nametag, inc. reserves the right to refuse any submitted artwork or other submitted material deemed objectionable, in its sole judgment and discretion, and we reserve the right to determine what content is acceptable, in our sole judgment and discretion. The following general types of content are defined as unacceptable and will be refused, but this list is not all-inclusive and we reserve the right to reject items not fitting within the following list: pornographic, obscene or excessively profane content, content which is sexually inappropriate and/or of a harassing nature, content of a political or social nature which is inappropriate, of a harassing nature or in bad taste, and content which may adversely affect the reputation or image of pc/nametag, inc. or its officers, employees or owners if produced by us.
We reserve the right to reject any submitted item or artwork, in our sole judgment and discretion, if we deem such material to be inappropriate, even if the party providing such item, artwork or uploaded content believes that such material complies with this policy regarding appropriateness, as we reserve the right to make the final decision in our sole judgment and discretion as to appropriateness.
