Order Information

Shipping Information
Our standard shipping carrier is FedEx. We charge FedEx standard rates plus $3 processing and handling per order. If an order comes from more than one manufacturer, a single $3 fee for processing and handling will apply to the entire order.
Of course, shipping rates vary based on the size and weight of the package, as well as the level of service you need. (Alternatively, your order can ship via UPS on your account, so please provide your UPS account number.) Please call 1-877-626-3824 between 7AM and 6PM CT or email weborders@pcnametag.com for a shipping quote . It is important that you tell us if the shipping address is a residence.
We cannot ship to PO boxes, but can ship to military APOs. First AM service and Saturday delivery are available to certain zip codes. Please advise us if the shipping address is a residence.
Orders for Ships-Same-Day products received by 3:00 p.m. CT, ship that day from our warehouse. For imprinted/custom products, the production time required starts when the signed quote and approved artwork are received in our office. For orders received after 11AM CT, production time starts the following work day. Custom imprinted and embroidered products ship directly from the manufacturer.
Shipments to Canada: VAT and duties are collected at the time of the order. Next-day service is available but not guaranteed.
Shipments to Puerto Rico: Next-day service is available but not guaranteed.
Other international shipments: VAT and duties, if any, are the responsibility of the customer. If a customs agent will clear your shipment, please provide this information at the time of the order.
Payment Information
If you are a new customer, pre-payment is required. Please use Visa, MasterCard or American Express. If you use a credit card, it will be billed when your order is shipped.
To establish credit with us, please complete a credit application and email it to us. We can then invoice your organization for purchases up to your credit limit. All invoices are due in 15 days. Shipping charges may be billed separately at time of shipment. All prices listed are in U.S. Dollars. Please remit payment in U.S. dollars

Returns and Exchanges
Returns are simple! Replacements, credit, help arranging the return…whatever you need will be handled immediately.
We will give you your money back if you are not satisfied with any product returned to us within 30 days of purchase, in its original condition and packaging. Products that are sold in quantity must be returned in full quantity to receive a refund. This guarantee does not apply to software, custom or imprinted items. Since we can’t be on the receiving end, we ask that you carefully check the merchandise condition as soon as it arrives. If there’s a problem, we must receive written notification within two weeks of its arrival.
Please call your customer service representative at 1-877-626-3824 to receive an RMA number so that your return can be processed in the most efficient manner.
Software
Software is provided as-is. No warranties apply, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. PC/NAMETAG, Inc. will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising in connection with the furnishing, performance or use of
products. All defective software products will be replaced immediately. Defective hardware will be repaired or replaced within warranty periods at our discretion.
Samples Policy
PC/NAMETAG is pleased to provide complimentary samples of our products to customers
and prospective customers so that you may evaluate quality of our products. We strive to maintain
an open policy while keeping costs as low as possible. PC/NAMETAG reserves the right to question
and/or decline sample requests, or request a credit card for shipping costs should the sample request
exceed our cost guidelines. Please note, only one sample per product per order, and a total of no more than 10 samples per order.

Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers online will receive telephone contact from us only for information regarding an order they have placed online.
