The size and type of your name badge is an important element to consider. Not
sure what size or style of nametag is right for your event? We'll help you decide with
answers to these 3 simple questions.
 

1. What type of event are you holding?

Formal Meeting: Black tie events and board meetings generally call for smaller, more discreet sizes.
3.5 x 2.25”: 1-2 lines of information
4 x 2.5”: 2-3 lines of information

Informal/regular meeting: For trade shows, association meetings, sales meetings and other regular get togethers you have several size options:

4 x 3”: The industry standard, 4 line max
4.25 x 3”: 4 lines of information
4 x 4”: 5 lines of information
Vertical Passes i.e. “Back stage”/ “Pit” passes: Up to 8 lines
