Returns are simple and hassle-free! Please call your Account Manager at 877-626-3824 to receive an RMA number so that your return can be processed in the most efficient manner.
 
Manufacturers’ guarantees and warranties vary, but your satisfaction is our greatest concern. You have 30 days to return merchandise for full credit, refund or replacement.  This guarantee does not apply to software, custom or imprinted items or blank lanyards.   We do our best, by providing free email proofs to you and order approvals, to make sure your custom product will be exactly what you ordered.  Because of catalog printing limitations, colors may vary from actual product.  Please call for a free color swatch or sample of any product if color is critical.

We work hard at making sure we treat you courteously, fairly and honestly. If for any reason you are not given the attention you deserve, we want to know.
