Return Policy

Manufacturers’ guarantees and warranties vary, but your satisfaction is our greatest concern. We work hard at making sure we treat you courteously, fairly and honestly. If for any reason you are not given the attention you deserve, we want to know.

And here’s one more guarantee: We will give you your money back if you are not satisfied with any product returned to us within 30 days of purchase. This guarantee does not apply to software, custom or imprinted items. Since we can’t be on the receiving end, we ask that you carefully check the merchandise condition as soon as it arrives. If there’s a problem, we must receive written notification within two weeks of its arrival.

Returns are simple! Replacements, credit, help arranging the return… whatever you need will be handled immediately.

You have 30 days to return any merchandise for full credit, refund or replacement. Sorry, registered software, imprinted orders and custom orders cannot be returned.
