Shipping Policy
How is my order shipped? Our preferred shipping carrier is FedEx. You can use your own Fedex shipping number on orders. If you prefer to ship UPS, you must provide your own shipping number.
How much does it cost? We charge FedEx published rates plus a $3 processing and handling per order. If an order comes from more than one manufacturing location, only one $3 processing and handling fee will be added. If you elect to ship your order via Fedex, the cost to ship your order by all available methods will be displayed when you checkout. You must select the desired method. Shipping costs will be added to your order at the time the order is placed.
What else should I know? We cannot ship to PO boxes. We can ship to military APOs. If First AM Service or Saturday delivery is available in the delivery zip code they will appear as available ship methods in the checkout process.
When do orders ship? In-stock product orders received by 3:00pm CT Monday through Friday will ship from our Wisconsin warehouse the same day. If an item you order is on backorder, you will be contacted by a customer service rep the same day you place the order. Our customer service reps are available Monday through Friday 7:00am to 6:00pm. To get your question answered immediately call 1-877-626-3824 and ask for extension 134.
The production time for custom ribbons starts the day after we receive the ribbon order approval in our office. For all other custom items, production time starts the following day if the approval is received in our office after 11:00am CT. Custom imprinted orders ship directly from the manufacturer.
What about shipping outside of the U.S.? Canadian customers will be charged for all VAT and duties at the time the order is placed. Customers in countries outside the U.S. and Canada are separately responsible for all VAT and duties. If a customs agent will clear your shipment, please email us this information at weborders@pcnametag.com. Please put your order number in the subject line. Next-day service to Puerto Rico is available but not guaranteed.
