Credit Policy

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and check. If you use a credit card, the card will be charged when the order is placed. The credit card charge will include shipping. Invoices will be e-mailed the day after the order is shipped. First time customers must prepay their first order.

If you would like to make purchases on account, you need to print this credit application, complete it and fax it to 1-800-233-9787 or email it to accounting@pcnametag.com. Our Accounting office will contact you within 2 working hours. If you have questions, you can email us at accounting@pcnametag.com or call Accounting at 1-800-369-8106 between 7:30am and 5:30pm CT.

All invoices are due in 15 days. Shipping charges and any applicable international customs fees may be billed separately at the time of shipment. Applicable customs fees are billed on credit terms of NET 15 days after shipment. All prices listed in U.S. Dollars.

Wisconsin Tax Exempt Organizations

We only charge sales tax on shipments to locations in the state of Wisconsin. If you are a tax-exempt organization in Wisconsin, please call us at 877-626-3824 between 7am and 6pm CT to request a Tax-Exempt Account before placing your first order. We will also need a copy of your Wisconsin Tax Exempt Certificate. You can email it to accounting@pcnametag.com.


Hassle-Free Return Policy

We appreciate your business and will handle your return immediately. Please call us at 1.800.206.4804 or email insidesales@pcnametag.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number so that your return can be processed efficiently.

Our return policy is based on three categories of merchandise:

  • Non-returnable: Customized or imprinted items and blank lanyards.
  • Returnable within 15 days: All technology products including, without limitation: printers, scanners, wireless technology, and accessories.  These products cannot be returned if they have been used. A restocking fee will apply to all technology products that have not been used but have opened boxes: 15% of the current retail price (25% for Datamax® brand products).
  • Returnable within 30 days: All other products.

Products in the 15-days and 30-days categories may be returned for full credit excluding shipping and handling charges.

Product Return Requirements

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be written on the outside of the box with the exception of all printers. When returning printers please complete our return form and place inside of the product box. Return form is included with every invoice or available to download online.
  • • Items must be returned in the same increments they were sold.
  • • Returned items must be packaged in the original manufacturer's packaging (both inside and outside), including manuals, cables, warranty cards, etc.
  • • The returned item must be clean with no scratches or visible signs of use.
  • • Customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses.

Credit for Your Return

pc/nametag, Inc. will credit your account within 24 hours upon receiving the return and verifying acceptable condition. We will refund your account using the original payment method.

Free Sample Policy

pc/nametag® is pleased to provide complimentary samples of our products to customers and prospective customers so that you may evaluate the quality of our products. We strive to maintain an open policy while keeping costs as low as possible. pc/nametag® reserves the right to question and/or decline sample requests, or request a credit card for shipping costs should the sample request exceed our cost guidelines. Samples ship the following business day via USPS. Please note, only one sample per product per order, and a total of no more than 5 samples per order.

If you are outside the continental United States and would like to order samples, please give us a call at 888-354-7868 to streamline your ordering process. We do not charge for ground shipping to Canada on sample orders. All other countries are charged shipping for international samples.
