Just send us your artwork, and we’ll turn it into a customized Event Badge that’s equipped to hold a name tag insert. Once on-site, all you do is print the insert containing the variable data as the attendee arrives and slip into the front of the badge. Easy!

We have the on-site registration supplies and hardware to supplement your system: use one of our pc/nametag® Thermal Printers (UPCN) and (UPCNW) and our exclusive Fanfold Timing Mark Stock. Or try the Epson PM-400 Color Name Tag Printer Kit (UEPM) and its matching paper stock.

Your customized Event Badge in Gloss is ready in 3 days, while all other finishes are ready in 5 days. Rush is also available.
