Credit, Sales Tax, Return & Sample Policy

 

Credit Policy

 

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and check, as well as PayPal for online orders. If you use a credit card, the card will be charged when the order is placed. The credit card charge will include shipping. Invoices will be e-mailed the day after the order is shipped. First time customers must prepay for their first order.

 

If you would like to make purchases on an account, you need to email this credit application to [email protected]. If you have questions, you can email us at [email protected].

 

All invoices are due in 15 days. Shipping charges and any applicable international customs fees may be billed separately at the time of shipment. Applicable customs fees are billed on credit terms of NET 15 days after shipment. All prices listed in U.S. Dollars.

Sales Tax

 

We are required by law to collect tax in any U.S. state or U.S. territory where we have a legal presence or economic nexus. If you are a tax-exempt organization and have placed orders with us in the past, please email us your tax exempt certificate to [email protected].

Hassle-free Return Policy

 

We appreciate your business and will handle your return immediately.

 

Our return policy is based on three categories of merchandise:

  • Non-returnable: Customized or imprinted items and made-to-order, blank lanyards.
  • Returnable within 15 days: All technology products including, without limitation: printers, scanners, wireless technology, and accessories. These products cannot be returned if they have been used. A restocking fee will apply to all technology products that have not been used but have opened boxes: 30% of the current retail price
  • Returnable within 60 days: All other products.

 

Products in the 15-day and 60-day return categories may be returned for full credit excluding shipping and handling charges.

 

Product Return Process

 

  • Download a copy of the Hassle-free Return Form.
  • Call 1.800.206.4804 or email [email protected] to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Include a completed copy of the Hassle-free Return Form inside of your return box, with the exception of printers.
  • Write Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on outside of return box.
  • Items must be returned in the same increments they were sold.
  • Returned items must be packaged in the original manufacturer's packaging (both inside and outside), including manuals, cables, warranty cards, etc.
  • The returned item must be clean with no scratches or visible signs of use.
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses.

Credit for Your Return

 

pc/nametag will credit your account within 30 days upon receiving the return and verifying acceptable condition. We will refund your account using the original payment method.

Sample Policy

 

pc/nametag is pleased to provide complimentary samples to customers and prospective customers on a majority of our products so that you may evaluate the quality of our products. We strive to maintain an open policy while keeping costs as low as possible.  pc/nametag reserves the right to question and/or decline sample requests or request a credit card for shipping costs should the sample request exceed our cost guidelines. Samples ship the following business day via USPS.

 

Please note, only one sample per product per order, and no more than 5 samples per order.

If you reside outside the continental United States and would like to order samples, please give us a call at +1.888.354.7868 to streamline your ordering process. We do not charge for ground shipping to Canada on sample orders. All other countries are charged shipping for international samples.
