Accounting Specialist, Part-Time

• Flexible Hours: You pick your hours! Monday – Friday between 8am and 5pm, availability needed for 20 to 25 hours

pc/nametag is looking for a positive, self-driven, detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team part-time (20–25 hours per week). In this role, you'll work closely with internal teams, customers, and vendors to support both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions. No two days are exactly alike, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and contributing across multiple areas of accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts receivable activity:

• • Respond to customer inquiries regarding payments and billing issues

• • Process refund checks

• • Monitor and collect on past due balances

• Accounts payable activity:

• • Review and process vendor invoices accurately

 

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, or bookkeeping experience
• Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
