    Direct Thermal Badge Stock Comparison

    pc/nametag offers five direct thermal badge stock options, ranging from edge-to-edge tear-resistant badges to RFID-compatible badges. Edge-to-edge printing provides full-color, full-bleed designs without a border, while bordered styles have a clean white border that frames the design. Tear-resistant badge paper requires no vinyl badge holder and holds up to heavy handling over a multi-day event. For larger events, choose RFID badges that provide proximity tracking or access control.
