pc/nametag® is looking for a Digital Print Operator that has a passion for printing along with providing high quality work. We are searching for a strong print operator that can set up and print custom orders while maintaining our high-quality standards and who also has a customer-centric mindset.

Your Day as a Digital Print Operator:

• Primary digital printing responsibilities include setting up and printing orders with willingness to flex into different production and/or finishing areas as needed
• Work closely with Pre-Press and Graphic Art department to ensure order set-up meet production standards
• Ensure all orders meet color and quality expectations
• Prioritize production work orders to maximize efficiency while meeting all ship date requirements
• Perform general maintenance on machines including greasing, preventative maintenance, and changing out worn or defective components

Your Qualifications:

• Experience with digital printers (HP Indigo or comparable toner production printers); experience in a short run environment using sheet-fed equipment
• Experience with performing general maintenance on machines
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, and Excel
• Working knowledge of Illustrator and InDesign a plus
• Color matching skills
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision with the ability to adjust focus.
• Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities independently
• Frequently required to lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to work Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, open to working overtime as needed
