What You’ll Do:

As a Product Innovation Manager, you will take charge of our portfolio of products including Event Badges, Lanyards, Ribbons, Badge Holders and more. You will work closely with cross-disciplinary teams: Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to shape the future of how credentials drive value and engagement in events.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the ideation, development, and launch of new products and services focusing on user experience, new technologies and sustainability.
Champion innovative thinking: Identify emerging technologies, materials, and processes that can be leveraged to reimagine current products.
Conduct market research and gather insights from industry stakeholders, event organizers, and attendees to understand pain points and uncover opportunities for differentiation.
Develop product roadmaps, set priorities, and ensure alignment with business objectives and industry trends.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle from introduction to discontinuation, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
Take ownership of retail pricing strategies and ensure accountability for achieving margin targets.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver on product vision, from prototype to production.
Present product concepts and updates to senior leadership, clients, and at industry events.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, design, or a related field; advanced degree or certification in product management is a plus.
Proven track record (5+ years) in product management, ideally in live events, credential products, or related industries.
Demonstrated ability to drive product innovation and lead cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills, creative thinking, and user-centric mindset.
Experience working with hardware and software solutions, especially in RFID, NFC, or mobile platforms.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Passionate about sustainability and the adoption of eco-friendly practices.
Ability to travel for industry events, client meetings, and product launches.
