Unique folded format provides you with a full 12” of content space. Using our free template, it’s easy to create your name tag: just print, perf, fold & wear! Slotted design provides a true eco option, since you attach a double bulldog lanyard directly to the stock with no vinyl holder required. Each pack of 500 provides enough two-sided fanfold stock to create 500 two-ply, 4-1/4" x 6" badges.

Note: One side of the name tag stock can be printed with variable data, such as attendee names, while the other side lets you print information for all attendees, like an agenda.
